Donation Requests

Thank you for considering Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que for your request. Because Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que and The Kansas City BBQ Store currently support many Kansas City-area charities, we cannot honor all of the many requests we receive from non-profit organizations, schools, and churches. We will, however, actively consider every request we receive from local, Kansas City-area, organizations.

To make a request, please complete the DONATION REQUEST FORM (it may take a few seconds to load) below and submit it. Please include documentation of your organization's non-profit/tax-exempt status. If you are seeking a donation for an event, you must include the date of the event. Finally, please include a mailing address.

We'll respond to your request as soon as we're able. We recommend submitting your request at least two months prior to your event/deadline. Please do not call or e-mail to inquire about or follow up this request. If you do not receive a response to your request, you can assume that your request will not be funded.
