We make our sausage in house. Our staff butcher hand cuts the same briskets and pork butts we serve in our restaurants and grinds them together with our proprietary blend of seasonings. For our Jalapeño Sausage our butcher hand cuts beef brisket, fresh jalapeño peppers and cheddar cheese, and mixes them together with our proprietary blend of seasonings.
The sausage is then stuffed and the links are twisted. We smoke them over Missouri White Oak in our own smokehouse. Serve it sliced on sandwiches, or chopped in your own recipes.

- All items are fully cooked, shipped in a cooler, delivered partially frozen to refrigerator cold
