Front Line Manager
The Front Line Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive learning and coaching environment, where all employees are valued and treated with respect and dignity. The Front Line Manager will conduct themselves in a professional manner with integrity and honesty while managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees. The Front Line Manager will inspire the staff to high levels of service and hospitality towards our employees and customers by creating and maintaining an accurate, fun, caring, courteous, and respectful environment. The ultimate goal is for all customers to leave the restaurant happy.
For this position, candidate would ideally have a high school diploma and 3 years’ restaurant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some college and 4 years’ restaurant experience is preferred. A Front Line Manager would require the ability to work well under times of intense pressure. The ability to work well with others and take direction are also important. Exemplary teamwork, communication, organizational and multitasking skills are a must for this position, as well as strong supervisory, customer service and human relations skills.
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Carry out all instructions/direction from the General Manager (GM) and assume GM role during their absence
- Oversee, train, develop, and manage all Assistant Front Line Managers, Supervisors, and employees
- Oversee and manage all front line and dining room operations
- Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs
- Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts
- Interview candidates, hire, supervise, coach, develop, mentor and terminate employees when necessary

- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents
- Complete accident reports promptly in the event that a guest or employee is injured

Front Line Supervisor
The Front Line Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive learning and coaching environment, where all employees are valued and treated with respect and dignity. The Front Line Supervisor is also responsible for supervising, coordinating, and contributing to the activities of the Front Line team members engaged in taking orders, assembling orders, bussing tables and running the cash register in the restaurants. The Supervisor will inspire the front line staff to high levels of service and hospitality towards our employees and customers.
For this position, candidate would ideally have a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 2 years of restaurant experience preferred. A Front Line Supervisor would require the ability to work well under times of intense pressure. Excellent time management skills and menu knowledge are also important. Exemplary communication, decision making, judgment, organizational and multitasking skills are a must for this position, as well as strong supervisory, mentoring and human relations skills.

- Train Front Line workers in task performance

Assistant Front Line Manager

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well under times of intense pressure and communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization with a High School diploma and 2 years restaurant experience. Some college and supervisory experience highly desirable, but not required. Exemplary teamwork, communication, organizational and multitasking skills are a must for this position.

Front Line Production
The Front Line Production position centers around the most important aspects of our brand, the food. Those who fill this role are responsible for the production and service of all menu items in an efficient and hospitable manner. This position upholds a high standard of both food quality and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate for a Front Line Production position would have a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior restaurant experience is preferred. The ability to work well with others, take direction and work well under times of intense pressure are important. We're also looking for someone with excellent customer service and hospitality skills, along with exceptional math skills to calculate proper weights and portions of menu items. The ability to safely handle kitchen equipment, knives and scales, as well as availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends, and strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills are all a must for this type of position. This person would need to exhibit accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks, doing so with an aptitude for quality. The Front Line Production position must answer, report, and follow all supervisor instructions and directions.

- Set up and stock work stations
- Run temperature and quality checks on all food items
- Check equipment for proper settings, functionality, and temperatures
- Ensure that all opening, mid-day and closing duties are completed

Front Line Cashier
The Front Line Cashier is integral for the position's customer-facing responsibilities. In this position, you are the face of the brand, as you likely have the most interaction with each customer. The Front Line Cashier is responsible for creating a positive, meaningful customer experience while carrying out duties such as ringing up customers at the cash register, accepting payment via credit/debit card or cash and returning change as necessary.
An ideal candidate for this position would have a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience operating a restaurant cash register is preferred, and the ability to serve and pour alcohol is also a plus. The ability to work well with others, take direction and work well under times of intense pressure are important. Availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends, and strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills are all a must for this position. Our Front Line Cashiers are expected to have excellent customer service, hospitality skills and menu knowledge, as well as exceptional math skills to calculate proper change. Front Line Cashiers must answer, report, and follow all supervisory instructions and directions.

- Repeat customer orders at the counter
- Receive payments and present change to customers as necessary
- Ensure accuracy of collection and disbursement of money to customers
- Issue receipts to customers and obtain signatures as necessary

This role effectively keeps the flow of the restaurant moving smoothly by maintaining clear communication and teamwork.
For this position, candidate would ideally have a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience operating a restaurant cash register is preferred. Front Line Order Takers must have excellent menu knowledge of all items along with exceptional customer service and hospitality skills. The ability to work well with others, take direction and work well under times of intense pressure are also important. Availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends, and strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills are all a must for this type of position. Front Line Order Takers must answer, report, and follow all supervisor instructions and directions.

- Assist customers with menu selection and answer all questions in a respectful and patient manner
- Repeat customer orders for accuracy before entering them into the Point of Sale System
- Ensure all food call items are delivered in a clear and professional manner

- Pace the number of orders to allow adequate time for assembling quality food products

Smokehouse Production
The Smokehouse Production worker is responsible for production, processing, and quality control of all major proteins including, but not limited to: beef, pork, ribs, sausage, and chicken. In doing so, this position is crucial for maintaining the high quality of our food that our customers have come to expect and that has made us well known all across the nation.
The ideal candidate for a Smokehouse Production position would have a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, and experience in a restaurant kitchen or food production facility is preferred. Ability to work well with others and take direction, while being available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends is also necessary. Excellent customer service and hospitality skills, exceptional math skills to calculate food pars and production numbers, and the ability to work well under times of intense pressure are musts for this type of position. Candidates will be expected to exhibit accuracy in executing assigned tasks, while also demonstrating exemplary communication, organizational and multitasking skills.

Kitchen Production
Our Kitchen Production positions serve an integral role in helping our restaurants run smoothly and efficiently. Kitchen Production staff members are responsible for preparing food production during their shift and assembling final product, while maintaining kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. In doing so, this role helps our team to work together seamlessly to create the best possible experience and deliver food of the highest possible quality for our customers.
For this position, we are looking for someone who has some experience working in a commercial kitchen. The ability to work well with others, take direction and work well under times of intense pressure are also important. This position requires the ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals and to operate kitchen equipment safely (including slicer, fryer, knives, etc.). The availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends, and strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills are also a must for this type of position.
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Provide food items at proper quality and temperature to front line for completion
- Prepare and cook meats, sauces, vegetables, and other foods
- Prepare fried foods utilizing the fry station
- Filter and change fryer oil as needed
- Operate meat slicer to provide necessary proteins to front line
- Expedite food items to kitchen line for orders as taken
- Maintain proper rotation of food product for quality and freshness

Bus Person
The Bus Person has a significant role in enhancing the customer experience in our restaurants. While the bus person is responsible for bussing tables in the restaurant, keeping the dining room and restrooms areas clean and well stocked, and assisting with servicing customers as necessary, they will also interact with customers while they are dining and waiting in line. As one of the faces for our brand, it's important that those who fill this role take pride in getting their work done in a timely and efficient manner, while also contributing to the positive atmosphere and experience we seek to provide every customer.
No experience or education is required for this position, however, previous experience working in a restaurant is preferred. The ability to work well with others, take direction and work well under times of intense pressure are important. Availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends, and strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills are also a must for this type of position. Finally, a Bus Person must exhibit excellent customer service skills among customers throughout the duration of a shift, especially when interacting with them while working the dining room.

- Clear all dirty dishes, napkins, and leftover food items from table after patrons have finished their meal

Dishwasher

This is especially true of our Dishwashers, who are responsible for washing and removing deposits from eating utensils, serving dishes and cookware. In helping the team to maintain the cleanliness of all necessary dishes and utensils, our Dishwashers help keep the whole team on track and operating efficiently.
