REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept any physical returns of shipped products.

Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que is not responsible for orders with incorrect delivery address entry. Orders are not eligible for refunds or returns. Reshipment is available for a fee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 844-563-7227 or email info@sendjoeskcbbq.com If a replacement order is necessary it will be fulfilled and shipped the next available ship day. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
