Picked up an order from Joes Saturday night. Got home and found that ‘beans ‘ were missing from a brisket dinner ordered. Called in and they said they’d get the beans ready and also comp that dinner on our ticket! When my daughter drove back to pickup the beans , they also gave her a bottle of their fabulous barbq sauce! We were very impressed and pleased with how they handled everything! Definitely will be purchasing their barbq sauce in the future!

I accidentally forgot to put the apartment number on my order and replied to the confirmation email because it was like 7:00pm on a Saturday night. I got a reply within 5 minutes saying the address was updated! Delivery went out right away and they got to enjoy some delicious Joe’s BBQ while studying for finals! The extra pound of brisket was a great benefit to the order too.

My order came promptly and with constant updates. The packaging was better than other meat stores that I have ever mail ordered from . But the best part of the delivery was the eating of the ribs, FANTASTIC TASTE!
