This competition-style combo puts you in the judges' seat at a Kansas City Barbeque Society-sanctioned barbecue contest, where teams are required to submit barbecue for judging in four meat categories; chicken, pork ribs, pork shoulder, and beef brisket.

Then we stuff and twist the links and smoke them over Missouri White Oak in our own smokehouse.
