Donation Requests

Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que will actively consider all requests we receive from local, Kansas City-area organizations and events. 

We do however receive over 100 requests a month so we unfortunately cannot respond or support all that we receive. 

To make a request, please complete the Donation Request Form below and submit. All forms are reviewed within 30 days of the event so we do recommend submitting your request at least two months prior to your event/deadline. All submissions that will be fulfilled will be contacted via email. Please do not call or email to inquire about or follow up with the request. If you do not receive a response, you can assume that your request was not chosen. We apologize in advance, but the volume that we receive is too great to respond and fulfill each request.

Lastly, please limit your donation request to a few sentences. Submissions that are copy and pasted and are several paragraphs will not be considered. Short and concise information on your event and donation requests are much appreciated.
